Tender: Procurement of Stationery Items — Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi

Issuer: Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), The Mall, Rawalpindi. FJWU invites e-bids for the procurement of stationery items in separate lots. Procurement will follow the Punjab e-Procurement system and applicable PPRA rules.

Eligibility & key conditions: bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax as applicable) and be active tax filers. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees with GST indicated separately where applicable. Prices should remain valid for 90 days and may be extended for an additional 30 days. E-bids without the required earnest/bid security (as specified per lot) will not be entertained. Bid security must be submitted/transferred online per the e-procurement system procedure. Bidders must upload bids on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and follow the portal instructions for submission. Evaluation will follow applicable PPRA rules.
