Senior Superintendent of Police, Special Branch Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for the financial year 2026-27. Interested registered firms/contractors (income tax & sales tax registered) may submit bids for the following procurement packages. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is required for each package.

Key submission & eligibility details
- Tender documents are available from the Office of the SSP Special Branch Rawalpindi on written request by firms/contractors and on payment of the tender document fee (as published). The tender document cost noted in the notice is Rs. 3,000 payable on request.
- Bidders must submit two separate sealed envelopes containing technical & financial proposals (single sealed package containing two separate envelopes is acceptable). Each bid must include the required 3% bid security.
- Bids may be submitted through the Punjab e-procurement system where applicable; any response time/processing shall be calculated exclusively from the e-procurement portal URL referenced by the procuring agency.
- Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Firms must be registered for income and sales tax and comply with government rules; taxes will be deducted as per regulations. Late or incomplete bids and corner bids will not be accepted.
