Eligible bidders: Firms/contractors registered/renewed with FBR, PRA and PEC (relevant code CE-10 where applicable) and with required registrations/licenses from Forests & Climate Change / FC&R Department and professional tax certificate from Excise & Taxation Department for 2026-27. Electronic bids must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement portal.

Bid security: All electronic bids must be accompanied by bid security (2% of the estimated price) in the name of Deputy Conservator of Forests, Khushab Forest Division, Jauharabad, in the prescribed form (bank guarantee / CDR as required). Original bid security instruments must be delivered to the office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests before bid opening as per tender conditions.
