NBF Request for Bids — Procurement of Local Paper and Imported Bleached Card (Ref: PF/69791)

Issuer: National Book Foundation (NBF). The Foundation has reserved funds under FY 2026-27 and invites bids for the procurement of paper and imported bleached card under reference PF/69791.

Procurement method: Single Stage-One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and NBF procurement regulations. Bidders must follow the requirements and formats published by the Authority.

Submission & registration: Electronic bids must be submitted via the e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and obtain the bidding documents from the EPADS portal. Bids must be accompanied by the bid security amount shown in the bidding documents and comply with all stated terms, conditions and specifications.

Deadline & opening: Electronic bids must be uploaded through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-08-12 at 11:00 AM (PKT). E-bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM (PKT) via EPADS. Late submissions will not be entertained.
