The Court of the Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling-I), Karachi issues a proclamation requiring the appearance of Eid Muhammad Afridi (CNIC 17301-1676766-1), accused under Sections 2(1), 16 and 157(2) of the Customs Act, 1969 in Case No. 101-A/2022 (FIR No. M-3484/DCI-SEIZ-2022). The accused has been reported absconding and a warrant of arrest was previously issued.
The accused is required to appear before this Court in Karachi to answer the complaint on 2026-07-17 at 08:30 a.m.
