DHA Karachi Notice: Claim to Transfer Plot No. 328/11 Following Owner's Death

The Defence Officers Housing Authority (DHA), Karachi notifies the public that the late female owner (wife of Brigadier (R) Muhammad Hajam Saleem) of House No. 80/1, Khayaban-e-Tariq, DHA-V, Karachi, passed away on 2024-04-02. She was recorded as owner of Plot No. 328/11, Street-2, Sector VIII-D with area 666.67 square yards.

Legal heirs named in the application to transfer the above plot are Mrs Noor-us-Sahar Rizwan (daughter) and Mr Mubailli. Anyone having a lawful objection must notify the Director Lands, DHA Karachi within 15 days; objections received after that period will not be accepted.
