NESPAK Vacancy – Chief Internal Auditor (Internal Audit Department)

• Manage all affairs of the Internal Audit Department.
• Develop operational framework and procedures for an effective internal auditing system.
• Develop/review internal audit plans for key activities and ensure compliance with statutory obligations and applicable laws.
• Analyze effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes and system controls; propose improvements and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with public sector financial regulation, reporting and compliance requirements.

• Member of a recognized body of professional accountants having qualification of CA/CFMA from a reputed local or international university/institute.
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience with at least 5 years relevant experience in auditing and risk management, designing controls and procedures, and compliance in public/private sectors.
• Understanding of governance, risks and control frameworks; experience in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) preferred.
