PPMC Expression of Interest: Event Management Agencies & Branded Collateral Vendors

Issuer: Power Planning and Monitoring Company (PPMC). PPMC invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for pre-qualification of service providers in the following two categories: event management agencies, and vendors specialising in printing, fabrication, office branding and execution of branded collateral.

Applicants may apply for one or both categories; each category shall be evaluated separately on the basis of the relevant eligibility and technical criteria set out in the EOI document. Sealed applications must be submitted to the Office of the Team Lead (Admin), PPMC on or before the prescribed closing date and time. Applications received after the prescribed deadline will not be considered.

Submission details:

• EOI submission deadline: 2026-08-18 at 11:00 AM.
• EOI opening: Same day, 2026-08-18 at 11:30 AM at the PPMC office.
• Pre-bid / pre-qualification meeting: 2026-08-10 at 11:00 AM.
• EOI fee / earnest instrument: Pay order, demand draft or call deposit of PKR 50,000/- (per category), in favour of Power Planning & Monitoring Company; must be submitted to the PPMC office before the bid closing time.
