Pakistan Railways Carriage Factory Islamabad — Invitation to Bids via ePADS (Aug 2026)

Issuing agency: Pakistan Railways, Carriage Factory Islamabad (Sector I-11/4, I.J. Principal Road). The Managing Director invites bids from original manufacturers/authorized distributors/suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for supply of goods/materials. Single Stage–One Envelope bidding procedure will be followed as per Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be submitted online through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) only (www.epads.gov.pk). Physical bid security must be submitted in the Office of the District Controller of Purchase, Carriage Factory Islamabad, before tender closing. Complete scanned copies of bids must also be uploaded on EPADS. Bidding documents and detailed terms & conditions can be downloaded free of charge from https://e-procure.gov.pk. Tenders are on DAP basis. In case of public holiday the tender will open on the next working day.
