The Authority seeks an experienced finance professional to lead financial management, reporting, budgeting and governance for large-scale urban development projects.

| Key Responsibilities | Direct and oversee financial controls, accounting operations and compliance; ensure accurate financial reporting; develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts; treasury and cash-flow management; lead financial policy, revenue & expense recognition, asset and liability management; coordinate external audits; implement internal controls and financial systems; support management with financial analysis, recommendations and financial risk mitigation. |
