Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Member (Buildings) — Recruitment for the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the New Islamabad Convention, Exhibition and Expo Centre. | Documentation Officer | 01 / PPS-7 | Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information Management, Library Sciences, HR Management or allied sciences. Experience with document management systems (EDMS) and MS Office preferred. | Min. 5 years in records/document management; BIM-enabled document management advantageous. | 30–40 |
Key responsibilities (summary): Lead and coordinate PMU activities including project planning, design review, procurement support, construction monitoring, quality control, cost and schedule management, stakeholder coordination, preparation of reports and dashboards, implementation oversight, and specialist technical reviews (civil, MEP, IT, BIM, finance and documentation).
