Tender: Procurement of Furniture for Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo Lahore

Issuer: Directorate General, Wildlife & Parks Punjab (Project Director, Wildlife Hospital Safari Zoo, Lahore).

Purpose: Procurement of furniture for the State of the Art Wildlife Hospital at Safari Zoo, Lahore under PC-1 project.

Submission method: Electronic bids/offers only via E-PADS portal. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids to be submitted as per single-stage two-envelope procedure (technical and financial).

Deadline: Submit signed and stamped technical and financial bids online on or before 2026-01-28 at 12:30 PM. Bids will be opened through E-PADS the same day at 01:00 PM in the presence of committee and bidder or authorized representative.

Bid security: 2% of the estimated price to be submitted in form of CDR / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order on E-PADS portal and the original must be submitted to the addressee before the closing date and time.

Additional requirements: Original affidavit on Rs.100 E-Stamp stating the company has never been blacklisted by the Procuring Agency/PPRA Punjab must be submitted to the addressee. Bids incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, without bid security, or late will not be considered. Bid validity: 120 days from last date of submission.

Documents & availability: Bidding documents available immediately from publication date on the procuring agency website and E-PADS; bidders may download and submit bids without paying any fee.

Conditions: Department not responsible for delays in submission of E-Bid or delivery of Bid Security and Affidavit. In case of official holiday on submission day, next day will be treated as closing date. The Department may reject all bids prior to acceptance under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules-2014.
