Issuer: Sports Board Punjab (National Hockey Stadium, Lahore). Tender No. AD(Admin)/Khelta Punjab Pink/03/01(03)/2026. Dated: 13 January 2026.
Purpose: Supply and installation of branding items for the Khelta Punjab Pink Games 2026. Sealed bids are invited from firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers or sole proprietors registered with FBR (active filers) to supply and install various branding materials as per bidding documents.
Procurement & submission: Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure as prescribed under the Punjab Procurement Rules. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA/e-PADS websites. Bids must be submitted online through the e-PADS website. A 2% bid security (in form of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee) in the name of Director General Sports & Youth Affairs / Secretary Sports Board Punjab is required.
Estimated cost: PKR 12.50 million. Bid security: PKR 250,000. Bids (technical proposals) will be opened on the stipulated date/time by the Procurement Committee.
