National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) invites public comments on the following draft regulations and amendments under section 47 of the Regulation of Generation, Transmission and Distribution of Electric Power Act, 1997 (NEPRA Act):

Purpose: To publish draft regulations and proposed amendments for eliciting public opinion on regulatory frameworks governing concurrence, technical connectivity standards, and licensing procedures for electric power suppliers.
Who may respond: Stakeholders, licensees, industry participants and members of the public are invited to submit comments.
Submission method & deadline: Comments should be submitted to the Registrar at the address below within thirty (30) days of this publication.
