NESPAK Invitation for Bids: O&M of HVAC System at NESPAK House, Lahore

National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK) invites electronic bids via EPADS 2.0 for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system at NESPAK House, Lahore. Bidding is on a single-stage, single-envelope basis; eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in category O-6 or higher (specialization code ME-01), registered with the Income Tax Department, and on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS by 06 August 2026, 15:00 hrs; e-bid opening will be at 15:30 the same day. A bid security of Rs. 600,000 is required (scan uploads to EPADS; original bid security must be delivered to NESPAK House, 1-C Block-N, Model Town Extension, Lahore-54700, before the submission deadline).
