Tender Notice: Supply and Repair Works for District Police, Lower Chitral (FY 2026-27)

The Office of the District Police Officer, Lower Chitral, invites sealed tenders/quotations from contractors/firms duly approved by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with renewed licences for FY 2026-27 for supply of various items and execution of repair/maintenance works for District Lower Chitral and all police stations. Covered requirements include stationery, furniture repair, major/minor building repairs, provision of meals and transport during emergencies/festivals/election duties, vehicle spare parts and repairs, machinery & equipment, and miscellaneous contingencies.

Tenders must be accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 100,000 as earnest money; KPPRA registration is mandatory. Tender documents are available from the District Police Officer's office, Lower Chitral, during office hours. Bids will be received and opened at the District Police Officer's office on 2026-08-10 at 11:00 AM. Bidders holding an NTN must submit complete tax documents; procurement will follow KPPRA rules.
