National Bank of Pakistan – Relationship / Unit Head (Roshan Digital Account, VP)

• Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor's or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in retail/branch banking, relationship management and Roshan Digital Account / remittance operations
• Knowledge of SBP regulations, KYC/AML, onboarding and e-banking processes
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills

• Lead Roshan Digital Account sales, onboarding and relationship management
• Drive business targets and growth for remittance/RDA channels
• Ensure regulatory/compliance adherence and robust KYC/onboarding processes
• Coordinate with branches, operations and technology teams for product delivery and service improvements
