Preference for hands-on experience with import agencies and local/foreign vendors. Proficiency in PPRA rules, imports and vendor management for steel manufacturing/foundry, FMCG, EPC procurement. |
| Manager (Contracts) | BE/BSc Engineering with minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience in contract management, commercial administration, contractual compliance, risk management and claims. Experience with industrial/manufacturing/project contracts, claims, variations, commercial negotiations and contract administration. |
| Manager (Project Planning & Scheduling) | BE/BSc Engineering with minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience in heavy engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, EPC or project planning & controls. Hands-on Primavera P6 and project scheduling experience preferred. Strong knowledge of WBS, baseline development, critical path analysis, resource-loaded scheduling, S-curves, histograms, delay analysis and schedule risk management. |
| Manager (Proposals & Estimation) | BE/BSc Engineering with minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience in technical and commercial proposal preparation, cost estimation, tender evaluation, pricing, BOQ analysis, contract review and commercial negotiations. Sound knowledge of engineering drawings, material take-offs, fabrication/manufacturing processes, procurement and project execution. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project and other costing/estimation tools. |
| Manager (Sales & Marketing) | BE/BSc Engineering with minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience preferably in sales, marketing, business development or commercial roles within engineering, manufacturing or project-based organizations. Experience in industrial sales, EPC/project business, heavy machinery, energy, Oil & Gas, cement, sugar or infrastructure sectors preferred. Strong B2B sales, market intelligence and customer relationship management skills. |
