Punjab Ring Roads Authority Tender for Supply of Furniture, IT and Machinery (Closing 2025-08-07)

Punjab Ring Roads Authority (PRRA) invites sealed bids on a lot-wise basis for the supply of Furniture & Fixtures, IT equipment and Machinery equipment. Bids will be processed under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Estimated costs and bid securities are: Furniture & Fixture — Estimated cost 16,500,000; Bid security 310,000. IT Equipment — Estimated cost 8,000,000; Bid security 176,000. Machinery Equipment — Estimated cost 4,700,000; Bid security $4,000.

Bidding documents are available immediately from the PRRA and PPRA/e-procurement websites and may be obtained from the PRRA office on written request on company letterhead. Technical bids must include bid security (CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order) in favor of Punjab Ring Roads Authority. Sealed bids must be submitted through the e-procurement portal to the office of the Deputy Director (A&C) no later than 2025-08-07 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
