Notice Inviting Bids for AOM&R of Water Supply Schemes — PHE Division Lower Chitral (2026-27)

The Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Lower Chitral invites bids through EPADS for the AOM&R of water supply schemes within the division for the year 2026-27. Eligible firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category and code), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and hold provincial enlistment.

Bid Solicitation Documents/Bill of Quantities can be downloaded from the EPADS and KP-PPRA websites. Bids must be submitted/uploaded via EPADS by 06-08-2026 at 12:00 PM (opening 12:30 PM same day). Bidders must provide a 2% bid security in the shape of an original call deposit and submit a Workshop/Store Certificate for 2026-27 issued by the Superintending Engineer PHE Circle Malakand, Timergara. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
