ScopeTechnical operation, facility lifecycle management, operation & maintenance (O&M), and preventive maintenance of the Academy natatorium (mechanical, electrical, civil and related services).
Key eligibility & minimum qualifications
  • Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in Category C-4 or higher.
  • Registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the relevant Provincial Revenue Authority.
  • Active status on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
  • Documented minimum five (05) years of professional experience in technical operations, facility lifecycle management, O&M, mechanical/electrical/civil maintenance.
  • At least two (02) years of recently completed/ongoing O&M contracts with Federal/Provincial Governments, Armed Forces, autonomous bodies or reputable organizations.
Bid securityBid security required (document indicates 2% of bid value) in favor of Director General, IRS Academy (as specified in the tender).
