Eligibility and submission requirements: only manufacturers or authorized dealers registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System are eligible. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax), hold Pakistan Engineering Council registration for 2025‑26, and Punjab Revenue Authority registration for 2026‑27. Bid security (3%) must be deposited via PSID on the e‑Procurement portal with 120 days validity beyond bid submission. Manual bids or submissions by means other than the e‑Procurement system will not be accepted.
Tender documents, specifications and terms & conditions are available immediately after publication on the Punjab e‑Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA Punjab website. The procuring agency may reject all bids or any proposal under PPRA Rules.
