Submission methods (Intent to Bid Form must be completed and returned):

- Email the completed form to [email protected] (include the Tender Reference Number in the email subject).
- Or submit in person by placing the completed form in the Tender Box at: Mercy Corps Office, Plot 190, Street 6, Sector 1-9/2, Islamabad, Pakistan. Clearly write the Tender Reference Number on the sealed envelope.

Deadline for submission: 2026-08-07 at 11:45 PM. Only suppliers who submit a completed Intent to Bid Form will be issued the Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP) via the delivery method selected in their Intent to Bid Form. Submission of an Intent to Bid Form does not create any contractual or transactional obligation between Mercy Corps and the prospective bidder.
