IESCO Tender Notice – Supply of Transformers, Conductors and Electrical Materials (E-Bids)

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO). IESCO invites electronic bids (E-Bids) for supply of electrical materials on free delivery basis to IESCO regional stores Rawalpindi / Islamabad / Rajjar & Wah. Material must conform to relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications and prototype approval (if applicable).

Submission & Opening: E-Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS (E-PADS Version 2.0) online portal (http://www.epads.gov.pk). E-Bids will be received up to 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM on the date below. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Key conditions and instructions:

• Only E-Bids are acceptable. Upload mandatory information as required by the bidding documents on the E-PADS portal.
• Tenders will be opened on a single-stage, one-envelope basis.
• Prices should be firm on FCS basis and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST etc.) unless otherwise stated in bidding documents.
• Bid validity: 120 days from the date of opening of tenders.
• Bid security: original Bank Guarantee/CDR as specified in tender documents, valid for 150 days, in favor of Chief Executive Officer, IESCO, Islamabad (to be delivered before bid closing time).
