Issuer: Directorate General of Special Education (DGSE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. DGSE invites prequalification applications from reputable, experienced and financially sound firms, suppliers, contractors and service providers registered with SECP / Registrar of Firms and with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for procurement and service support under the PSDP project “Centre of Excellence for Autism” at H‑8/4, Islamabad.
Applications may be submitted for one or more lots. A separate bid security of PKR 500,000 (Rupees Five Hundred Thousand) is required for each lot in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favour of Director (Admin), DGSE, Islamabad. Original bid security instruments must reach the office before the closing time.

Prequalification documents, including scope of work and evaluation criteria, are available on the Ministry website (www.moeducation.gov.pk), the PPRA website and the DGSE website, and can also be obtained from the office of the undersigned.
Submission method: Manual submission. Deadline for submission: 2026-08-19 at 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of applicants who choose to attend.
