FESCO Faisalabad Invitation for Bids (E-PADS V2.0) — Multiple HT/LT Pole, Line & Maintenance Works

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids through PPRA ePADS V2.0 for multiple works including carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles, stringing of HT lines, transformer maintenance and related deposit & emergency works under various divisions of FESCO 2nd Circle. Bidders must be pre-qualified/registered with DISCOs/NTDC/WAPDA and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration (category C-6 with relevant specialization codes as specified). E-bids must be submitted on the ePADS portal; manual submissions will not be entertained. Original bid security/guarantee must be submitted to the undersigned before the closing time.

Key procurement notes:

• Submission & opening: e-Bids to be submitted via PPRA ePADS V2.0 (vendors.epads.gov.pk). Bids will be opened on the date shown above (18 August 2026).
• PEC: Valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration (renewed for 2025-26) with required category/specialization as specified in the bidding documents.
• Bid security: 2% of Tender Amount (as bid security) by scheduled bank in favor of Chief Engineer (Operation) FESCO, valid 28 days beyond bid validity. Original security must be delivered to the issuing office before the closing time.
• Bid validity: 120 days (as stated).
• Only firms pre-qualified/registered with DISCOs/NTDC/WAPDA and meeting the advertised eligibility will be eligible to participate.
