C&W Building Division Bannu Invites e-Bids for Construction/Rehabilitation of Minority Worship Places & Residential Colonies (ADP 2025-26)

Communication & Works Department, Building Division Bannu invites electronic bids on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (ePADS) under single-stage two-envelope procedure for the project "Construction/Rehabilitation of Worship Places and Residential Colonies of Minorities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, ADP 2025-26" (Scheme Code No.210371). Bids must be submitted electronically; the submission deadline is 2026-08-10 at 12:00 PM, and the technical bid opening is scheduled for 2026-08-10 at 12:30 PM. Financial bid opening will be announced after approval of technical bids by the competent authority.

Bid documents and Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) are available for download from kp.eprocure.gov.pk or may be obtained from the office on working days for a fee of Rs. 3,000. Eligible firms (PEC category C-6) must provide original call deposit for bid security (2%) enclosed in the technical proposal and deliver it before the closing date/time. Venue for bid opening: Office of the Executive Engineer, Building Division Bannu. All procurements will follow KPPRA rules 2014.
