Eligibility & required documents

- Eligible firms/contractors in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.

- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and code is required.

- KPRA registration and relevant enlistment certificates as applicable.

- Bidders must upload readable bid documents on EPADS; original bid security (call deposit) and stamp duty in the shape of call deposit including requisite supporting documents must be submitted as prescribed.

- Work/store certificate for the year 2026-27 (as required) and other documentary requirements must be provided with the bid.
