CDC Punjab Corrigendum: E-Bids Invited for Framework Procurement of Drugs, Goods & Services – Deadline 2026-08-11

Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab invites e-bids from eligible bidders for procurement of various items on a framework contract basis for FY 2026-27. The corrigendum revises the submission and opening dates for the advertised E-bids.

Key instructions:

• Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended).
• All bids and supporting documents must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical submission of bid security instruments (CDR/DD/Bank Guarantee) will not be accepted; bid security must be submitted via the e-Procurement system as specified.
• Bidding documents, detailed specifications and related information are available for download free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement portal and relevant departmental websites (Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority / DGHS / CDC Punjab).
• Only eligible and qualified bidders should participate; bidders must follow the detailed requirements and documentation listed in the bidding documents. The Procurement Cell, Health & Population Department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per prevailing rules.
