IESCO Tender: Supply of 15 kV XLPE Single-Core Power Cable — Tender Opening 2026-09-08

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids for the year 2026-27 from bidders, manufacturers or joint ventures for the supply of material to IESCO Regional Store, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted online via the e-procurement portal (EPASS) and in accordance with bidding documents and specifications.

Tender receipt deadline: 2026-09-08 up to 10:30 AM. Tender opening: 2026-09-08 at 11:00 AM (in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives).

Issuing office: Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Office, Islamabad.

Important notes:

- Only e-bids are acceptable; interested bidders must apply and upload required documents through the EPASS/e-procurement portal as instructed in the bidding documents.

- Tenders will be opened on a "Single Stage Two Envelope" basis through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedure.

- Prices quoted must remain firm for the contract period; bid validity is specified in the tender documents (document states bid validity for a period of 60 days).

- Material shall conform to the relevant tender specifications. IESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules. In case the opening date is a public holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
