Issuer: Directorate General, Commodity Management Department, Government of Balochistan. Disposal by sealed bid of approximately 20,800 metric tons of sealed wheat stock stored in rice mills, grain merchants' warehouses and private godowns located in District Usta Muhammad.

| Eligible Bidders | Flour mills, Registered Grain Traders, Feed Manufacturers, Industrial Users and other eligible entities approved by the Competent Authority. Bidders must provide CNIC, NTN and Sales Tax Registration (where applicable) and must not be blacklisted by any Government department. |
| Inspection | Interested bidders may inspect sealed wheat stock at the respective locations in District Usta Muhammad during office hours before submission of bids. No claim regarding quality, moisture or quantity will be entertained after submission of bids. |
| Bid Security | Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 20.00 million in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Draft in favour of the Director General, Commodity Management Department, Government of Balochistan. |
| Reserve Price | Benchmark reserve price is Rs. 3500 per 40 kg (as notified by the Federal Government). |
| Payment & Delivery | Wheat will be released on 100% actual weight. Payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight at time of delivery. Delivery and loading, transportation and incidental expenses will be borne by the purchaser. Successful bidder must make payment on spot to the owner before lifting of wheat stock. Release to be supervised by authorized Release Committee. |
| Right of Acceptance | Bid Evaluation Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable procurement laws and government policy. |
| Submission & Opening of Bids | Bids must be submitted and will be opened on 2026-08-13 at 09:00 AM. |
