Bank of Punjab Vehicle Auction — Sealed Bids Due 2026-08-06 (Lahore)

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab — Transport Department, Administrative Support Group. Sealed bids are invited for sale of bank vehicles on an “as is where is” basis. Reserve price will be posted on each vehicle at the site.

Submission requirements: Submit sealed bid on plain paper with a photocopy of bidder's CNIC and 10% security deposit of the bid amount as UC/Call Deposit in the name of The Bank of Punjab. Write the car registration number clearly on the bid envelope. Submit a separate envelope for each vehicle. Drop bids in the box on 1st Floor by 02:45 PM on the auction date; late submissions will not be entertained. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM. The bank may offer open bidding after opening sealed bids.

Taxes & payment: Successful bidders must pay withholding tax (10% for filers; 20% for non-filers) per prevailing laws. Vehicles will be transferred after full payment. Balance amount and applicable withholding tax must be deposited within seven working days of intimation, otherwise security deposit will be forfeited and the bid cancelled. Security deposit of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after four working days. Successful bidders in an open auction cannot withdraw; failure will forfeit the security deposit.

Inspection: Vehicles can be inspected at 15-Race Course, China Chowk, Lahore on working days (Monday–Friday) from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
