Bank of Punjab Vehicle Auction — 7 Honda Civics in Lahore — Bid by 2026-08-06

Issuer: Transport Department, Administrative Support Group, The Bank of Punjab. Sealed bids are invited on plain paper for the sale of vehicles on an "as is where is" basis. Reserve price will be pasted on each vehicle at site. Bids must include a photocopy of the bidder's CNIC and a 10% security deposit of the total bid amount in the form of UC/Call Deposit in the name of The Bank of Punjab. Bids should be dropped in the designated box on 1st Floor by 02:45 PM on 2026-08-06; late submissions will not be entertained. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM.

Key conditions:

- The car registration number must be clearly written on the bid envelope; submit a separate envelope for each car.

- The bank may offer open bidding after opening sealed bids for any single vehicle. The bank reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning a reason.

- Successful bidders must pay withholding tax (W.H. Tax) at 10% for filers and 20% for non-filers as per prevailing law for each vehicle.

- Vehicles will be transferred to the successful bidder or nominee after full payment. The balance amount along with applicable W.H. Tax must be deposited within seven working days of intimation to the successful bidder; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and cancellation of the bid.

- Security deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after four working days of the auction.

- Once participating in the open auction, successful bidders cannot withdraw; failure to comply will result in forfeiture of bid security and cancellation of the bid.

Inspection: Vehicles can be inspected at 15-Race Course, China Chowk, Lahore on working days (Monday–Friday) from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM.

Submission / Auction venue: Sealed bids to be dropped in the box on 1st Floor, Head Office, BOP Tower, 10-B, Block E/II, Main Boulevard Gulberg III, Lahore. Bids opened same day at 03:00 PM.
