KMC Tenders: Improvement/Rehabilitation of Street Lighting in Korangi & Landhi — Closing 2026-08-19

How to apply / submit bids:

- Download bidding documents and submit bids ONLINE only via the EPADS e-Procurement System (http://portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk). Manual bid upload is not accepted.

- Online submission deadline: 2026-08-19 by 10:00 AM. Online opening: 2026-08-19 at 10:30 AM. (If a government holiday falls on the date, the next scheduled date stated in the notice will apply.)

- Required physical documents: Pay Order for tender cost and supporting eligibility documents must be submitted physically to the Office of the Superintending Engineer (E&M), KMC at 512 J.M. New M.A. Jinnah Road, Gurumandir, Karachi before the bid submission closing time; failure to submit these physical documents will result in rejection of the online bid.

- Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost in favor of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation must be uploaded with the bid as per notice.

- Other requirements: Firms must be reputable and experienced; bidders should sign the bid, attach company stamps/seals, provide affidavit on stamp paper (as required) and comply with all conditions listed in the tender documents.
