Pakistan Navy MES Pre-qualification Notice for Construction Works (Islamabad & Karachi)

Pakistan Navy, Military Engineer Services (MES) invites pre-qualification applications from firms/contractors for multiple construction works. Interested firms must submit credentials to Headquarters DWG & CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad for consideration under PPRA rules.

Eligibility: Firms/contractors enlisted with MES in Category 'A' or 'B', or other government departments with relevant experience in such works, may apply.

Documents/Information Required: Applicants must submit a company profile and supporting documents including (but not limited to): description of similar works completed and in-hand during the last five years with sponsoring agency and performance reports; list of plant, tools and machinery; bank statements for the last 12 months; valid registration/certificates (PEC, MES registration as applicable); tax registration documents (NTN/FBR) and other required credentials. Incomplete or missing documentation will result in disqualification from pre-qualification/tender issuance.

Application & Issuing Authority: Pre-qualification/tender documents and application instructions are issued by Headquarters DWG & CE (Navy), Naval Complex, Islamabad. Pre-qualification of firms will be carried out in accordance with Clauses 13, 15 and 16 of PPRA Rules-2004. Only pre-qualified firms will be issued tender documents.

Important: Follow the requirements listed above and submit all credentials to HQ DWG & CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad. Any other procedural details, fees or submission deadlines must be obtained from the issuing office.
