The Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantt gives public notice that, according to office records, Property No. 36-F (Survey Nos. 21, 24, 25) in Officers' Colony, Wah Cantt is recorded in names that include Maimoona Zahida, who died on 02.07.2024. Succession Certificate No. 1296/2024 dated 09.05.2025 records the legal heirs, who have applied to transfer Maimoona Zahida's share in the property into their names.
Any person or institution having objections must submit them with supporting proof within fifteen (15) days of this notice's publication by registered post or in person to the office of Cantonment Board Wah Cantt. If no objection is received, the transfer will proceed and subsequent appeals will not be entertained.
