Cantonment Board Wah: Notice of Proposed Transfer of Pattadar Rights for Property No. 13-E, Lala Rukh

Issued by the Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment: office records show pattadar rights of Property No. 13-E (Survey No. 16; Schedule IX-A, CLA Rules 1937) at Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt are registered in the name of Abdul Halim son of Abdul Hakeem. Abdul Halim has applied to transfer these pattadar rights by gift (Shariah Muhammad) to his son Abdul Wahid Halim.

Any person or institution having an objection must submit the objection with supporting evidence to the office of the Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment within 15 days of this notice's publication. If no objection is filed within that period, proceedings will be taken as per rules and subsequent appeals will not be accepted.
