National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible advertising agencies to support its communications across print, electronic, digital/social media, display and classified advertisements in accordance with the Advertisement Policy 2024 issued by the Press Information Department (PID), Government of Pakistan.

| Purpose / Scope of Work | Fulfil communication needs across various media channels including print, electronic, digital/social media, display and classified advertisements; develop creative/visual marketing & advertising campaigns in line with PID Guidelines & Procedures of Advertisement Policy 2024. |
| Key Eligibility / Qualification | Agencies must have a strong financial background and be registered with relevant bodies (Press Information Department - PID, APNS, PBA, SECP and tax authorities). Experience in launching advertising and public communication campaigns for major clients (including public sector utilities and service sector organizations) is required. Agencies must provide client lists, previous campaign details, professional expertise, infrastructure details and an affidavit certifying non-blacklisting and non-collusion. Audited accounts and balance sheets certified by a chartered accountant are also required. |
| Selection Criteria | Agencies will submit concepts, copies, sketches, preliminary designs, storyboards and scripts for print, electronic and digital work. Shortlisted agencies will be invited for presentations; a final shortlist will be prepared for comprehensive evaluation in accordance with PID procedures. |
