National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible advertising agencies to provide end-to-end communication and advertising services across print, electronic, digital/social media, outdoor/display and classified channels in accordance with the Press Information Department (PID) Advertisement Policy 2024.
Scope of Work: Corporate communication and advertising services across multiple media channels including print, electronic, digital/social media, display and classified advertisements as per the Advertisement Policy 2024 issued by the Press Information Department, Government of Pakistan.

| Compliance | Affidavit confirming agency is not blacklisted by any Ministry/Division/Government Department/Government Organization or Federal/Provincial Government and submission of audited balance sheets/accounts authenticated by a certified accountant for the last year. |
| Submission content | Complete company profile, preliminary concepts/copies/sketches, storyboards/scripts/artwork for print, electronic, digital & social media, and records of contributions to socio-economic development where applicable. |
Selection & Presentation: Shortlisted agencies will be invited to make a final comprehensive presentation and submit detailed proposals as per the Advertisement Policy 2024 (PID). EOIs will be evaluated on technical merits and compliance with the stated criteria.
Terms & Notes: Expression of Interest documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned. NGC reserves the right to accept or reject proposals in accordance with applicable procurement rules. This notice is also available at www.ppra.org.pk and www.ntdc.gov.pk.
