National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible advertising agencies to fulfill its communication needs across print, electronic, digital/social media, display and classified advertising in accordance with the Press Information Department (PID) Advertisement Policy 2024. The appointed agency's head office may be located anywhere in Pakistan, but it must have a complete visual, creative and marketing/advertising setup in Lahore.

Purpose / Scope	Provide creative, visual and marketing services and execute campaigns across various media channels (print, electronic, digital/social media, display, classified ads) in line with PID Advertisement Policy 2024.
Location Requirement	Agency head office anywhere in Pakistan; must have marketing/advertising setup in Lahore.
Eligibility Highlights	Well-reputed agencies with strong financial background; registration/recognition by PID and relevant bodies (ANPS, PBA, SBP, PEC) and tax authorities; extensive experience with major clients and capacity to place campaigns including in international newspapers; experience with power/service sector clients preferred.
Required Submission / Documents	Complete company profile Enrollment/registration with PID Details of technical/professional expertise and existing support infrastructure Previous client details (public & private sector) Affidavit on stamp paper stating not blacklisted and a non-collusion certificate Balance sheets and audited accounts for the last 3 years (audited by an authorized certified accountant) Creative submissions: concepts, copies, sketches, preliminary designs, storyboards, scripts, artwork for print/electronic/digital & social media as applicable
Selection Criteria	Agencies will be evaluated on submitted concepts and supporting deliverables; shortlisted agencies will be invited to make a final presentation. All work and presentations must adhere to PID Advertisement Policy 2024.
