| Experience | Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in bank treasury and/or DFIs/NBFIs with at least 3 years at managerial level; experience in money markets, asset & liability management, or fixed income preferred. |
| Key Skills & Expertise | Expertise in financial markets trading, borrowing/lending and liquidity management; strong analytical & communication skills; ability to work autonomously; good teamwork; familiarity with regulatory guidelines. |
| Main Responsibilities (summary) | Manage liquidity portfolio within limits; oversee CRR/SLR, NII/profitability and liquidity risk; participate in banking book IRR & liquidity product formulation; manage international branch treasury activities; provide support for FTR mechanisms; liaise with internal/external stakeholders; ensure timely reporting and coordination with Retail Banking and other units. |
