National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGC), a public sector organization, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible advertising agencies to provide comprehensive communication, marketing and advertising services across print, electronic, digital/social media, outdoor display and classified advertisements in accordance with the Guidelines and Procedures of Advertisement Policy 2024 issued by the Press Information Department (PID), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan. The agency’s head office may be located anywhere in the country, however a complete visual, creative and marketing/advertising setup is required in Lahore.

Purpose	Selection of advertising/marketing agencies to handle NG C communication campaigns, including print, electronic, digital/social media, outdoor and classified advertising, and support for public communication and tender/campaign publications.
Scope of Work	Creative, visual and marketing/advertising services across various media channels (print, electronic, digital/social, display and classified ads) in line with PID Advertisement Policy 2024.
Eligibility / Mandatory Registrations	Well reputed agencies with strong financial background Registered with Press Information Department (PID) Enrollment with APNS, PBA, SECP and tax authorities Extensive experience in national advertising and public communication campaigns, including publication in international newspapers
Documents / Information Required	Complete company profile Proof of enlistment with PID Details of technical/professional expertise and existing support infrastructure Previous client details (public & private sector) Affidavit on stamp paper stating not blacklisted and a non-collusion certificate Balance sheets and audited accounts certified by an authorized accountant for the last year
Selection Process	Agencies will submit concepts, sketches, storyboards, scripts and artwork for multiple media. Shortlisted agencies will be invited for final comprehensive presentations before the Selection Committee. Finalization will follow PID Advertisement Policy 2024 guidelines.
EOI Documents & Submission	EOI documents available from the office of the undersigned and at www.ntdc.gov.pk. EOIs prepared per the instructions must reach the office of the undersigned by the deadline below.
