Pak-Italian Burn Centre invites sealed tenders for framework contracts from firms having established credentials in terms of technical, financial and managerial capabilities and registered with income and sales tax departments. - Firms must be registered with PPRA/PPRA e-procurement for participation. All bids must be submitted through the E-Procurement Punjab portal only.

- Single stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed.

- Earnest money equal to 2% of the quoted value must be submitted/paid online through the E-Procurement system before the closing date/time.

- Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 (as amended). The procuring agency may reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. If the last date of submission is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered.
