National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible advertising agencies for providing comprehensive advertising and communication services across media channels including print, electronic, digital/social media, display and classified advertisements. Agencies must comply with the Guidelines and Procedures of Advertisement Policy 2024 issued by the Press Information Department (PID).

| Company profile | Complete company profile and evidence of technical/professional experience and support infrastructure. |
| Turnover / financials | Annual turnover details and audited balance sheets/accounts for last three years certified by an authorized accountant. |
| Legal / integrity | Affidavit on stamp paper confirming not blacklisted by any government entity and submission of a non-collusion certificate. |
Selection / Submission Process
Shortlisted agencies will be invited to submit concepts, creative samples (including electronic formats), preliminary designs, story boards and proof of past work. NGC will evaluate submissions in accordance with the Advertisement Policy 2024 and the Press Information Department (PID) guidelines. NGC reserves the right to reject any or all EOIs.
