Eligibility and submission details:
- Applicants must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and obtain pre-qualification documents from that portal.
- Firms must hold a valid PEC licence (as required) and demonstrate adequate experience executing projects of a similar nature.
- All required documents and supporting evidence of the firm's qualifications must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System only. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
- Only pre-qualified contractors will be invited to participate in subsequent bidding. Evaluation will be conducted under PPRA rules (with up-to-date amendments).
