Executive Engineer (Buildings), Communication Works, Physical Planning & Housing Department, District Sohbatpur invites sealed percentage-rate tenders from eligible contractors for several development works under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (Phase-III). Procurement will follow BPPRA rules. Earnest money: 2% of the offered cost. Tender fee: PKR 1,000 (non-refundable) for each work.

Eligibility & requirements:
- Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in relevant category (as stated in the tender document).
- Valid registration with Federal/Provincial tax authorities (NTN, Sales Tax, Income Tax) and proof of registration.
- Contractors must submit bid security (2% of offered cost) as Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from scheduled bank.
- Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes; bids received after deadline will not be accepted.
