Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites applications on a contract basis for positions in the Project Management Unit (PMU) for the New Islamabad Convention, Exhibition and Expo Centre. Candidates must submit CVs with attested copies of educational certificates, experience certificates and CNIC to the address below by the closing date. Original documents will be required at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.

Minimum 10 years' experience in large-scale building & infrastructure projects. | 30–45 | Manage civil/structural/architectural works, design reviews, site inspections, quality control and coordination with consultants and contractors. |
| Manager – MEP | 01 (PPS-9) | Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred). Registered PEC. Minimum 10 years' experience in large-scale building & infrastructure projects. | 30–45 | Supervise MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, elevators/escalators, BMS and related building services, testing and commissioning oversight. |
| Manager – IT | 01 (PPS-9) | Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering or Information Technology. Minimum 10 years' experience in IT, AV, security and smart building systems. | 30–45 | IT & AV systems leadership: networks, data centres, servers, AV systems, CCTV, access control, security, integration and technical coordination. |
| Manager – BIM | 01 (PPS-9) | Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related; professional BIM software certification. Minimum 8 years' BIM implementation experience on major projects. | 30–45 | Develop and manage BIM workflows, models and deliverables across disciplines; coordinate BIM integration for design, construction and handover. |
| Manager – Finance | 01 (PPS-9) | MBA Finance, ACCA, ACMA, CFA or equivalent. Minimum 10 years' experience in project finance, infrastructure/public sector projects and financial management; procurement and government finance procedures preferred. | 30–45 | Financial management of project: budgeting, cost control, contract payments, financial reporting and liaison on procurement/financial procedures. |
| Documentation Officer | 01 (PPS-7) | Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Architecture, Library Sciences, HR management or related. Minimum 5 years' relevant experience; proficiency in document control systems and MS Office; BIM-enabled document management an advantage. | 30–40 | Manage document control, records, submission tracking, archiving, meeting minutes, coordination for approvals and maintenance of project documentation systems. |
