Invitation to Bid: Framework Contract for Procurement of Drugs/Medicines FY 2026-27 — Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab

Issuer: Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab.

Purpose: Invitation to bidders for a framework contract for the procurement of drugs/medicines for FY 2026-27.

Submission and portal: Bids are to be submitted online via the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority e-procurement portal. Bidders must be registered on the e-procurement system (eP@S) to participate. Tender documents and related information will be uploaded on the SHC&ME Department website and the e-PADS/e-procurement portal.

Pre-bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-04-19 at 11:00 hours in the committee room.

Bid opening: Responses will be opened on the closing day at 15:30 hours; the procuring agency will not be responsible for failure of firms to submit online.

Conditions: SHC&ME Department will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in connection with the submission or preparation of bids. Further instructions and procurement rules apply as per the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority.
