PARCO Contractor Prequalification for Mid-Country Refinery Turnaround 2028

Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO), a Pakistan–Abu Dhabi joint venture owned by the Government of Pakistan (60%) and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (40%), invites prequalification applications from well-established, financially sound national and international companies and contractors to provide Turnaround (TA-06) services for its Mid-Country Refinery (MCR) on a Total Responsibility Basis.

PARCO is an integrated energy company operating in oil refining, transportation, storage and marketing. The refinery turnaround is tentatively scheduled for October 2028. Only companies and contractors prequalified through this process will be invited to participate in competitive bidding.

PARCO reserves the right to reject any or all applications or cancel the entire prequalification process without assigning any reason, before or after the process.
