District Police Officer Bannu Tender: Supply of Petrol (PMS) & High Speed Diesel (HSD) for FY 2026-27

Office of the District Police Officer, Bannu invites sealed bids from Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs), their authorized dealers and registered petrol pumps for the supply of Petrol (PMS) and High Speed Diesel (HSD) to District Police Bannu for FY 2026-27 under KPPRA rules.

Eligibility & Submission: Bids are invited from OMCs, their authorized dealers and registered petrol pumps. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed form in a sealed envelope along with earnest money in the shape of CDR/Pay Order in favor of District Police Officer, Bannu. Sealed bid documents will be received during office hours.

Price Basis & Supply: Bidders must quote a discount per liter on OGRA-notified ex-depot price. The successful bidder shall ensure uninterrupted fuel supply.

Dates & Opening: Bids due on 2026-08-13 by 11:00 AM. Bid opening will be held the same day at 11:30 AM.

Other Terms: Applicable taxes will be deducted as per Government rules. Incomplete or late bids will not be entertained. The District Police Officer reserves the right to accept or reject bids under KPPRA rules. This is a re-tender being re-advertised due to tender process disruption caused by prevailing law and order and communication/mobile network issues in District Bannu.
